PERMINTAAN DATA BSM APBNP 2013

Kepala Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri dan Swasta
Se-Kabupaten Malang
Dalam rangka persiapan pelaksanaan program Bantuan Siswa Miskin APBN-P 2013 dengan menggunakan
mekanisme penetapan berbasis Kartu Perlindungan Sosial (KPS) dan Kartu Calon Penerima (KCP) BSM,
maka kami sampaikan beberapa hal sebagai berikut :
1. Kuota BSM APBN-P sudah didistribusikan semua madrasah Negeri/Swasta dan Segera melakukan pendataan,
verifikasi, dan pengiriman data sesuai persyaratan dan mekanisme sebagaimana pada buku pedoman
Pelaksanaan BSM APBN-P 2013.
2. Pada prinsipnya siswa yang bisa menerima BSM APBN-P 2013 adalah mereka yang memiliki
KPS, KCP BSM, dan/atau diusulkan oleh Kepala Madrasah bersama Komite Madrasah sesuai dengan kriteria
yang telah ditetapkan dan kuota yang ada.
3. Unit Cost atau BSM APBN-P 2013 yang disalurkan adalah :
Smt 1 TP. 2013/2014 (Juli-Desember 2013)MIMTsMA
Kelas IKelas II-VIKelas VIIKelas VIII-IXKelas X-XII

Selain unit cost diatas, siswa penerima BSM juga mendapat tambahan manfaat sebesar Rp 200.000,-/siswa,
kecuali siswa penerima BSM yang       bersumber dari buffer BSM.
4. Dasar pembuatan SK Penetapan Calon Siswa Penerima BSM APBN-P di madrasah adalah
SK Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kab. Malang No.Kd.15.35/02/PP.00/40/2013Tanggal 19 Juli 2013.
5. Untuk Persyaratan pembukaan rekening siswa hanya menggunakan NO. Induk Siswa (tidak menggunakan No. KTP) sesuai format terlampir.
6. Data berupa Print Out serta File SK Penetapan dari Madrasah rangkap 2 dan File yang sudah direkap
oleh KKM/SUB RAYON harus sudah dikumpulkan di Kantor Seksi Pendidikan Madrasah Kabupaten Malang
Tanggal 23 Juli 2013 (tidak menerima Email).
