PTK DIGITAL, HARAP MENGUMPULKAN (LAGI)

Diberitahukan kepada guru lulusan sertifikasi tahun 2012 MAPEL AGAMA dan MAPEL UMUM (yang sudah /yang belum mengumpulkan PTK DIGITAL) untuk mengumpulkan kembali PTK DIGITAL.
  1. file dikerjakan oleh guru  download disni !!!
  2. file direkap KKM download disini !!!
Mekanisme file yang dikerjakan oleh guru :
  1. file di download
  2. file di ekstrak
  3. diisi sesuai data yang dimiliki guru
  4. untuk status sertifikasi diisi dengan LULUS SERTIFIKASI
  5. file disimpan, file yang tersimpan benar bernama NUPTK dari ybs dan tidak bisa dibuka file tsb.
  6. file dikumpulkan ke KKM
Mekanisme file yang direkap KKM :
  1. file di download
  2. file di ekstrak
  3. file PTK Digital yang telah diisi dipindah ke folder FILE FORMULIR
  4. setalah seluruh file terletak di folder FILE FORMULIR, buka file excel (Baca FormulirDigital Update 5.xlsm) di Office 2010, klik option  pilih enable.
  5. setelah selesai merekap, dicek apakah ada file yang belum terbaca di folder FILE GAGAL BACA.
  6. jika terdapat file gagalk baca, harap diperbaiki file tersebut.
  7. dikumpulkan ke Pendidikan Madrasah berupa file PTK Digital dan Rekapan Baca Formulir
  8. dikumpulkan paling lambat Jumat tanggal 14 Juni 2013, pukul 14.00 WIB
